Truagh Special Needs Cycling.

Paul and Stephen Cassidy of Emyvale Cycling Club have been taking Cycling Sessions with members of the Truagh Special Needs in Carrickroe Community Centre and having our visit there this week we were very impressed with the enthusiasm being shown by the members. We also see the great benefits for the participants in relation to healthy living and exercise. We say well done to Paul and Stephen for the innovative scheme and to the Group’s mentors who facilitate the project. Its win win all around.
