Donagh Community Games Activities can be seen HERE

To the right we have the Donagh U13 Boys and Girls both of whom are county champions in Basketball.

Donagh Community Games Girls Volleyball Team played in the Co Monaghan County Finals today in Carrickmacross. This is the very first time Donagh were represented in this competition and despite some early nerves the Donagh girls did their families & everyone in the parish very proud. While the girls didn’t win the county title they battled very hard in all three thrilling blitz games but narrowly lost v Tydavnet, Donaghmoyne and Bawn/Latton respectively.

ULSTER FINALS
Last Saturday saw three of our teams took part in the Ulster finals, namely U13 Boys basketball, U13 Girls basketball and U12 soccer.

All 3 teams played their hearts out and for their rewards came home with gold for the boys basketball, silver for boys soccer and bronze for the girls basketball.
The U13 boys now go forward to Athlone in August. Best wishes to all the boys and their coaches. Hard luck to the soccer team and basketball team who both put on brave performances but were up against much stronger teams on the day.

ATHLETIC FINALS
County athletic finals are on this SATURDAY 3RD JULY in Beech Hill college. Preparations are well underway with training in Parish field each Tuesday and Thursday night under the instruction of Geraldine and Noel. List of competitors available from Noel. Best wishes to all participants.
