McMahon Clann Reunion
In 2000 the McMahon Clann organised a reunion of the descendants from Peter McMahon, who originally lived in Emy, Emyvale. It
was a great success and another reunion as held in 2010, which was also a success. Then Covid halted plans to organise a reunion
in 2020 but in 2023 it was decided to go ahead with the reunion. Again it was a success and part of the items on the agenda was
the planting of a Native Oak tree in the McMahon lands at Killycooley and images from the planting are above here.
