Tydavnet Show Party Night

When all the hard work is done and life returns to somewhat normal it is important to unwind. The Show committee, helpers and friends gathered in the Sliabh Beagh on Friday, Sept 2nd to do just that. It was a relaxed night with no pressure and a time to chat at leisure with friends and neighbours. It was also a time to renew the batteries for the year ahead and the next show as Chairperson Peggy announced as the 61st show is going to be even bigger and better than any before, and in truth with time passing so swiftly it will not be long till the launch. However all enjoyed a lovely night of food, music, dance and chat.

Catherine, President, makes a presentation to Valerie to mark the occasion of her marriage. The Chairperson Peggy and Secretary, Suzanne, escaped the lens of my camera as they were busy flitting about from table to table and impossible to get them to stand for a second.
