On a beautiful sunny day with a little bite in the air on Sunday, Nov 6th Scotstown faced Truagh in the final of the above competition in Tyholland. This was a fairly evenly balanced contest with both sides throwing away scoring chances but making a determined effort to lift the title. Conditions were excellent and some players from both teams gave spirited displays. In the end Scotstown edged in front and held on to that lead to get the cup. It was presented by Liam Stirrat of the County Board and Michelle Cassidy of Platinum Tanks to the winning captain, Paul Grant. Thanks to Mary and Paddy for the hospitality.
