Football Wins.
Two titles in GAA came to the Emyvale area over the past week and we are grateful to Joseph Fields for the coverage.
The first win was that of St. Patrick’s School, Corracrin, who had a splendid victory over Gael Scol Ultain, Monaghan, in the Schools Final for the Northern Standard Cup. Well done to all involved.
The second win was for the U13 club team in the Division 1 Shield competition which was against Magheracloone. This was a very good Magheracloone side but Emyvale had a convincing margin to spare at the end showing their superiority. Again well done to all involved.
