O’Dowd Cup versus Fermanagh

Monaghan ladies started the new year with a victory and hopefully this is a sign of things to come. They defeated a Fermanagh side that struggled and Monaghan still had plenty in reserve. Indeed the score could have been much greater for Monaghan but they squandered a number of chances in the first half especially when popints should have been added. However it is early in the year yet.
