Strictly Dancing Launched.

In a packed venue with plenty of razzamatazz, plenty of hilarity, plenty of laughter, plenty of fun, plenty of food, plenty of music, and a perfect showcase for the Main Event on October 28th when the Truagh Version of Strictly Come Dancing will take place in the Hillgrove Hotel. 28 dancers, or will be dancers, are in training under the expert eye and tuition of Lynn Jackson and they were introduced to the public on Friday night, Sept 16th at a very well presented Launch in St. Mellans. The organising committee of Gerard Treanor, Damien McKenna, Adrian Sherry, Gary Meehan and ex officio,chairman of the club, Raymond Treanor, who has led by example and is one of the dancers, have pulled out all the stops and will provide the public with a fantastic night of entertainment in the Hillgrove. Their organising skills were proven, if that were needed, on Friday night when their plans gave the huge audience a brilliant night of fun. Thanks too to Sean McCaffrey, whose interviewing skills brought out the best in each of the contestants and thanks to the catering staff, who served up a tasty supper. The tickets have not been printed just yet but if you want to go to this extravaganza you will need to get your ticket as soon as they go on sale as there will be a huge demand for them.
