Belles Creative Christmas.

Emy Belles organised a Creative Christmas event in Emyvale Leisure Centre on Sunday, December 4th. There were mince pies, mulled wine, chocolates, cake, and buns there to satisfy any sweet tooth. There was plenty to occupy the young with face painting and a chat with Santa to ensure that a specific gift arrived on Christmas morning. There were displays of like Make-up, hair styling, cake and bun making, decorations for the season, flower arranging and gift wrapping. A special visitor came when Kenny and Shelley arrived with Daire. The Emy Belles, in conjunction with other clubs like GAA and Jolly Joggers, had organised a Fun Run/Walk on 11 - 11 - 2011 to help Daire reach for the stars and the proceeds of that event were presented to his parents on Sunday. It was with great delight that the committee was able to present €8,000 to help with treatment for Daire in the coming years. The evening finished with a Carol Service with community participation.
