The Committee of the Blackwater 10k, some in the picture attached made a presentation at Crocus premises on Wed last 26th July of €8,000 divided between two Charities.  Crocus, Monaghan and SoSad, Carrickmacross. These two very worthwhile charities depend on charitable donations from the public to keep them afloat, they have no central funding. Mary from Crocus welcomed both representatives from Blackwater 10K Committee and SoSad ladies to their premises where the presentations were made in the beautiful gardens on their grounds. We were treated to a cuppa tea and refreshments after the presentations.
