Arch Club Entertained and Entertain in Carrickroe.

If anyone knows how to party it is the members of Monaghan Arch Club and if you want to see how to enjoy yourself then go along to an Arch Club party and you will learn how to have a really good night with your friends. The Arch Club members were invited to Carrickroe and they turned out in force. There was plenty of very tasty food, plenty of chat, plenty of music, song and dance and it was all fun. Members of the Errigal Special Needs were the hosts and they certainly treated the visitors like royalty. John, Paul and Martin led the music and song and provided the beat for the dancing but there were individual performances of the highest standard. It was a great night and well done to all.
There too were members of the Monaghan Specvial Olympics team and they were just on their way home from Belfast where they participated in an event organised by the FAI for teams from Ireland, England, Scotland and Wales. The big news was that the Monaghan team finished 3rd in the competition and we offer them our heartiest congratulations on such a fine achievement. We have a photo below of some of the team.
